Staying safe on public Wi-Fi

On an insecure network someone may try to snoop on your traffic. Fake hotspots can also copy the name of the real Wi-Fi.

Use HTTPS sites, avoid sensitive transactions and use a VPN if needed. Turning off auto-connect is also a good habit.
